Henrico County Meals Tax Is Being Pushed Down Your Throat!

All counties in the tri-cities should be concerned…: “The county is not scared of its residents,” said Vithoulkas, just sworn in as county manager. And then, the legislation, to be introduced by state Sen. A. Donald McEachin, D-Henrico, does not name Henrico but would extend the authority to any county that operates its own road system and is adjacent to a city, which also is responsible for its roads.
